Chimney Charm, Inc. policy is to service what we sell. We are highly trained and offer service on our fireplaces, stoves and gas grills. We encourage regular maintenance in order to get the maximum enjoyment from the products we sell and to keep them operating at their peak performance. The schedule of service depends upon use and the product itself. Please call for further information regarding service.

We also offer warranty and emergency service if your stove, fireplace, or grill was purchased from Chimney Charm, Inc. If you own a gas, wood, coal, or pellet stove, routine maintenance and cleaning is necessary for proper operation. The time to do the annual maintenance is in the late spring or early summer.
